Melanie Hudson majors in Management and Marketing and she is working on a minor in Public Relations. My expected graduation date is May 2018. I have been a member of Women in Business since Spring 2015. My favorite color is lime green and I don’t like tea. My favorite Women in Business events are the potluck and the discussion panel.

Laurel Davies is currently a junior at the Rawls College of Business, double majoring in Marketing and Management with a concentration in strategic innovation and entrepreneurship. She is from New Braunfels, Texas and plans to use her majors to open up a small retail business after college. She chose to become a member of Women in Business to get the opportunity to broaden her horizons and connections in the business world to hopefully further her opportunities post graduation.

Isabel is a Senior at Texas Tech Rawls College of Business. She is majoring in MIS- Management Information Systems. She is expected to graduate in May 2018. Isabel transfered to Tech from South Plains College in the 16-17 school year and has enjoyed her time at Tech. She loves to get to know new people and interact with people from different cultures!

Desirea Wright am currently a senior double majoring in economics and general business with a certificate in finance. She is from Mansfield, Texas and she loves to cook. She likes to play sports, helping others, being with family, and putting all my effort into my schoolwork. In 10 years, I see myself working as a project manager at a major company.
The reason why she joined women in business is because she feel that women are underrepresented in the corporate world and with women in business it gives women the confidence to showcase their strengths in the corporate world dominated by men. Women in Business is about empowering women and letting them know that they can do anything a man does.. Just in heels.

Celina is a senior at Rawls College of Business majoring in Information Technology with a concentration in Business Analysis. She currently works as a Project Administrator for a content marketing agency. Celina plans on pursuing a Master of Science in Data Science and build a career in project management or marketing in the data science industry. She enjoys being a part of a community devoted to empowering and inspiring women in business.

Shannon B. Rinaldo is an Associate Professor of Marketing at the Rawls College of Business. Dr. Rinaldo joined the Area of Marketing in the Fall of 2008 after earning a Ph.D. in Business Administration
Dr. Rinaldo's research centers on sensory and perceptual processes in the marketplace, biological psychology theory for understanding consumers, and neuroimaging research methods. Her research has been published in a variety of academic journals and presented various international conferences.
