Mother-Daughter Event

April 29thnd @ 7:30am - 12:30pm

Mother-Daughter day is a great way to get involved with your community and WIB. WIB executives and members will host the Mother-Daughter Program at Rawls on April 29th.

It is a way for us to encourage these girls and inform their mothers, that may think college is out of reach, to not only attend college but open their eyes to the all the resources and opportunities they have. It will ultimately be a very fun, light-hearted day filled with breakfast, ice-breakers, guided discussions, interactive games, and wrapped up with a social and lunch.

As far as logistics go for members, the day will be broken up into two shifts. Each shift worth 2 points.
- The FIRST SHIFT will start at 7:30am and will run until 10:00am, this shift will help set up the event, serve breakfast, assist during the ice-breakers, and help the event run smoothly until 10:00am.
The SECOND SHIFT will run from 10:00am to 12:30pm. This shift will pick-up where the last shift left off with ensuring the event is running smoothly, serve lunch, and will help break-down/clean-up the event.
